1. Take Your Time

At the time of childbirth, the mother's weight often increases. So don't worry too much and give yourself some time after the birth of the child. Make any idea towards reducing weight only after at least 2 or 3 months.

2. Consult To Doctor First

If you decide to lose weight, tell your doctor about it. This is very important because it is possible that if the child is weak, the doctor may ask you to keep your diet consistent instead of losing weight.

Start losing weight slowly and do not diet at all during this time. Instead, you should eat such food which also provides nutrients and does not increase fat. Eat more fish, meat, beans, green vegetables etc.

Many doctors believe that breastfeeding leads to weight loss. The body has to spend about 300-500 calories in breastfeeding. In this way, your extra fat is reduced quickly and safely.

Do not do heavy exercise after childbirth. To lose weight, doing easy yoga and light exercises is beneficial. Light crunches, hip raises, jogging, etc. are beneficial. If you do not feel like exercising, then go for a short walk with your child.
